1. MENU
Our menu is updated weekly, you may view it at our website.
2. DELIVERY
Delivery is arranged by us using third party delivery riders and Lalamove / Grab to deliver.
Do expect a delay of delivery when there is bad weather as most of our riders are on bikes and will be affected by the weather or there are times when the third-party company app or rider is slow.
3. DELIVERY TIME & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Delivery time is between 11:45am to 1.15pm. Delivery time is based on the route of the rider, strictly no request for specific delivery time unless there is a special arrangement agreed between Herba & Rempah and your good self.
Order will be cut off once the quota for the day is met.
4. CASH ON DELIVERY
We do not accept cash on delivery.
5. Payment
We accept payment through online banking. Payment must be made immediately upon ordering.
6. CANCELLATION
No cancellation is allowed.
